By learning to listen to and trust the wisdom of our bodies, we receive valuable insight into our inner world and guidance towards greater self-discover and healing.

Over the course of six (6) weeks:

  • learn about the body-mind connection and how stress and trauma impact this system, 

  • engage in embodiment practices to gain a sense of comfort and confidence  in your body, and

  • share virtual space with others as you honor the intrinsic healing of your body and mind.

A PDF handout will be provided that includes space to take notes, as well as information on the embodiment practices.
